Goeras Beauty & Cosmetics AB is responsible for the operation of koreanbeauty. The following purchasing terms apply to you as a consumer when ordering on koreanbeauty. By completing an order, you accept the current terms stated below and certify that the information you provide is correct.
After you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your specified email address. In the order confirmation, you will find details about the products, prices, as well as billing and delivery addresses. Carefully check that the delivery information, such as address and phone number, is correct before completing your purchase. Note that this information cannot be changed after your order has been packed and shipped. As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct information when placing the order.
If you discover any errors in the order confirmation, immediately contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se. Each approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. If you do not receive this, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided at the time of ordering or that the confirmation has been filtered as spam.
To shop at koreanbeauty, you must either be of legal age or have parental approval. We reserve the right to change or reject an order under certain circumstances, for example if incorrect personal information has been provided.
In the event of a dispute, koreanbeauty follows the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
Prices
The prices on koreanbeauty.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We offer free shipping over 399 SEK within Sweden. Shipping includes shipping cost, packaging, and handling fee. Prices may vary depending on which website you visit. We also offer prices in DKK, EUR, PLN, and NOK.
Price Guarantee
Our price guarantee is one of our main promises to you. We always strive to offer the best regular prices on the market. If you find the same product at a lower price at another Swedish store, we will refund the difference.
The guarantee applies to both physical stores and online stores in Sweden, provided the store has a Swedish organization number and operates within the country. The product must be in stock and available for order. The price guarantee refers to the competitor's regular price (NOTE! Not discounted or reduced products). You can use the guarantee up to 10 days from your purchase.
If you find the product cheaper, please send an email to info@koreanbeauty.se with a link to the competitor's store. For physical stores, we need the organization number and phone number to verify the price. We will then refund the difference quickly and smoothly.

Delivery Delays
We send all packages at 5:00 PM every working day, with an expected delivery time of 1–3 working days within Sweden after the order has been handed over to the shipping company. For deliveries to other countries, the delivery time is 3–5 working days.
In the event of any delivery delays, the customer is responsible for contacting us for an explanation. Please note that no compensation is given for delivery delays. All our deliveries are handled by DHL, Bring, and Postnord.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, as a private individual, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, you need to inform us no later than 14 days after the package has been collected.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost and for ensuring that the item or items are returned in undamaged condition. If you wish for us to handle the return shipping for you, the cost is currently 79 SEK (via DHL). Please note that it is your responsibility as the sender to ensure that the return reaches us. Therefore, we recommend sending the items in a trackable and insured manner.
You are also responsible for any depreciation of the goods that may occur as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The product must be unopened and unused upon return. By law, you as a consumer have the right to examine the product's characteristics and function. However, if the right of withdrawal is exercised, we reserve the right to make a deduction for any depreciation, if the item has been handled more than is necessary.
The depreciation is assessed individually by us at koreanbeauty. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hygiene products cannot be returned. Upon approved return, we will refund the full amount of your order within 30 days.
For Uncollected Deliveries
Customers are charged a fee of 250 SEK for costs incurred for uncollected deliveries. The fee covers shipping, return shipping, and handling costs. If a package is not collected, we will therefore charge this fee.
Cancellation
If you cancel before your order has been packed, no costs will be incurred. In the event of cancellation after the order has been packed, we reserve the right to charge a fee for handling and packaging. To cancel, please contact us at info@koreanbeauty.se.
Limitation of Liability
Please note that we do not offer any satisfaction guarantee, which means that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or complaints of products that have been used but did not meet your expectations.
To minimize the risk of allergic reactions or sensitivity, we recommend testing your new product on a small skin area, such as the wrist, and waiting 24 hours to ensure no reaction occurs. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, an item cannot be complained about solely due to dissatisfaction, as we do not have a customer satisfaction guarantee.
Complaints and Handling of Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In case of complaints, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se . In the event of a complaint, the packaging must be able to be photographed and sent to us upon request so that we can investigate the matter further.
To ensure that we can handle your complaint correctly, we ask you to document the entire process when receiving and opening the package:
- Film the top, bottom, and seal of the package before it is opened.
- Film how the seal is broken.
- Film the contents of the package to show if anything is missing or damaged.
This applies to both packages delivered to pickup locations and packages delivered directly to your home via home delivery.
If the shipment is damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately to your pickup location or to the driver upon home delivery. A package that is obviously damaged or empty should be refused so that it is returned directly to us. We can then claim this with the shipping company.
If an item is missing from your delivery, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se. Image evidence of the original packaging and box must be received by us no later than two days after receiving the delivery. Please note that you must save the original packaging and box for any investigation.
Privacy Policy
When you shop with us at Koreanbeauty, you accept our terms of purchase and at the same time consent to your personal data being stored and processed by our company. Please note that we do not store any credit card information.
Force Majeure
We are exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to exonerating circumstances as outlined below and the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays fulfillment. Exonerating circumstances include, among others, government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, labor market conflicts, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, major accidents, or equivalent circumstances that the company could not control. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as indications, warning texts, sales bans, abnormal market downturns, and similar.
Use of Cookies
We use information collected to provide and personalize our online services. This may include using your information to administer product warranties. It may also include responding to your inquiries, conducting product quality assurances, and/or training our staff.
In particular, our persistent cookies help us recognize you when you return to the website so that we can tailor content or advertising to match your interests or to avoid showing the same advertisement repeatedly. We may utilize third-party providers to assist in this monitoring and analysis work.

For us (Koreanbeauty.se org.nr 559337-2799) to be able to process your order in the best way, we need to register, manage, and store the information you provide. When you shop with us through our online store, you give us the right to save information such as name, address, phone number, email, and when you as a customer (company, organization, private person) choose to shop on invoice/credit, also organization or personal number for credit assessment.
Information such as name, address, phone number, and email is shared with our partners (shipping companies and payment services, DHL, Swish & Klarna) so that they can deliver and charge for your order. When you shop through our online store, you give us your consent to disclose this information to Klarna Checkout & Swish. When visiting our e-commerce site, we use cookies to save your settings such as prices, currency, message, etc.
